New Outlook received over 140 nominations from residents, tenants, family members and colleagues, for their annual employee awards. The winners were announced at a recent ‘Awards Ceremony’ at the Mac Birmingham, and presented with their personalised engraved plaque by Chair – Simon Wilson; Vice-Chair – Annie Dickson, Board Member – Jan Falconer and Chief Executive – Lydia Bailey.
