Alison Beachim was recently appointed as the new CEO at New Outlook. She previously worked in Banking as a Bank Manager and Financial Advisor, before moving into the Charity Sector, where she has worked as a CEO for the past 13 years. She has a wealth of experience leading service-led organisations that support people with complex needs.
Also CEO of Vision Homes, Alison said “I am in a privileged position to lead both New Outlook and Vision Homes as both organisations have a similar ethos and mission to provide high quality care to people with sight loss and learning disabilities. I am excited for the future and about the opportunities ahead to further improve the outcomes for the people we support.”
Alison has an MBA in Executive Leadership and Management, Chartered Management Status awarded by the CMI, a L7 in Strategic Management, and a distinction in Coaching skills. In her spare time, she enjoys long dog walks, being by the sea, and visiting her local health club.
